1.项目类别：中国高校自主招生项目（B类）
2.招生类别：全日制硕士研究生和博士研究生。
二、申请条件
申请人须为非中国籍公民，且在籍六年以上，身体健康；奖学金招收名额只用于招收新生，不向已经在华的学生提供。
申请人的学历和年龄要求：
来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；
三、申请材料提供
申请人需在“来华留学网上报名信息平台”在线提交申请后，将生成并打印的申请表和其他要求的纸质材料一起提交我校国际学院外联部以待审核。
网上申请时间：2018年1月1日起
申请人可以在网页上填写申请，网上申请地址为：http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua
网上申请时，需填写申请信息的第一项为招生机构代码。我校的招生机构代码为：10673，请各申请人准确填写。
纸质材料：申请人须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（以下均为一式三份）：
（1）《中国政府奖学金申请表》（自行在网http://www.campuschina.org/notice.html注册填写，下载并打印），请用中文或英文填写，需本人签名方有效。
（2）护照照片页复印件；
（3）经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文之外的文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
（4）来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写。
（5）两封推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
（6）《外国人体格检查记录》（复印件，原件自行保留），此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限来华学习的时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章，无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。
（7）申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其它作品的光盘；
（8）如已获得HSK成绩报告，亦请附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式三册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
四、录取及通知
1.云南大学将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅和国家留学基金委审核，对符合条件者，择优录取。
2.7月初，云南大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）及《入学指南》等录取材料；
3.每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助；对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；
4.奖学金获得者入学后不得变更录取院校，原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；
5.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
请将申请材料于2018年3月25日前寄到我校国际学院外联部办公室，逾期不予受理。

ADMISSION FOR CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
I.Program Category and Supporting Category
1) Program Category: Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program(Program Category Type B)
2) Supporting Category:Full-time Master's Degree and PhD. Degree Programs
II.Eligibility
1)Non-Chinese citizen who has been living outside China for at least six years, with good health condition.
2)Master's degree program applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree, and be under 35 years old.
3)PhD. degree program applicants must hold a Master's Degree and be under 40 years old.
III. Application
Applicants are required to complete both on-line procedures and deliver hard-copy application materials to Yunnan University:
1) Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org/notice.html to complete the application form from Jan. 1st, 2018. Fill in the form in Chinese or English(Agency Number of Yunnan University is 10673). And then download and print it.
2) Hard-copy package(three copies for each)
a) Signed copy of the application form (see above).
b) Photocopy of the Passport.
c) Copy of the applicant's highest academic degree certificate notarized by a public notary. Those who are currently studying in a college or university are required to provide certification of their student status (provided by the college or university). Those who are employed after graduation are required to provide certification of their employment status (provided by their employer). Certificates/certifications written in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized Chinese or English Version.
d) Study Plan in English or Chinese (no less than 800 words).
e) Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English.Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
f) Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form(written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org);The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
g) A CD of your own works (only required for arts students);
Applicants for music studies are requested to submit a CD of their own musical works. Applicants for the fine arts programs must submit a CD of their own works which include two sketches, two color paintings and two other works.
h) The copy of valid HSK Certificate (if available).
IV. Admission
1) All documents should be bound together on top left corner in the order of a) to h) (You should submit THREE sets of bound documents). No application documents will be returned.
2)After assessment by experts from Yunnan University, the documents of qualified applicants will be delivered to the Education Department of Yunnan Province and National CSC.
3) Offer of Admission, Visa Application for Study in China(JW201 Form),and Registration Guide will be mailed to scholarship recipient in the beginning of July.
4) Each of the applicants could only win one scholarship supported by the CHINESE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM; if an applicant is recruited by more than one university, National CSC will choose only one university for this applicant.
5) Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university, field of study, or duration of study unless they give up the grant.
6) Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
V. Deadline
Application packages must be received by the Office of International Programs, School of International Education, Yunnan University, before 1st APRIL, 2018. Late delivery and/or incomplete information may result in failure to receive the award.
